Instead, the warnings will be named in the colors yellow, orange and red.

The time until October is needed to ensure stable operation and to make new final tests, all so that the transition to the renewed system can take place in a safe way, SMHI writes on its website.

Until the transition, SMHI will continue to use the current warning system.
