Luxembourg (dpa) - In Luxembourg, within a few hours, 18,000 people put themselves on a waiting list for a vaccination with Astrazeneca.
The State Ministry announced on Thursday in Luxembourg that the list has been open to people between the ages of 30 and 54 since Wednesday evening.
Those who have registered will be contacted at short notice after the vaccine is available.
There is no prioritization: the names are processed in the order in which they are received.
Otherwise, Astrazeneca will be vaccinated against people aged 55 and over on the basis of expert reports in Luxembourg.
Around 635,000 people live in Luxembourg.
