Lukashenko said this during a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow.
“It seems to me, Vladimir Vladimirovich, Zelensky is already time to learn how to behave diplomatically, among other things,” Lukashenka is quoted as saying by Interfax.
Earlier, Putin announced his readiness to receive Zelensky in Moscow.
