Berlin venue of Formula E: Two final races in August

Monaco / Berlin (dpa) - Formula E is also making a stop in Berlin this summer.

The two races on the Tempelhofer Feld on August 14th and 15th also form the season finale of the fully electric racing series, announced the World Automobile Federation Fia on Thursday.

The calendar for the 2020/21 season, modified due to Corona, now contains 15 races in eight cities on three continents.

These include such attractive locations as Monaco (May 8), New York (July 10/11) or London (July 24/25).

So far, only the races in Diriyah (Saudi Arabia) and Rome could take place - with Valencia (April 24th / 25th) it will continue over the weekend.

Formula E will continue to closely monitor the situation around the corona pandemic, the message said.

The teams, manufacturers, partners, TV broadcasters and the host cities would be involved in constant communication.
