A few days before the start of the school year, National Education is testing its distance learning materials to avoid new connection problems.

According to the ministry, the system will now be able to support up to 12 million simultaneous connections.

After a chaotic start to distance learning at the beginning of April, the office of the Minister of National Education, Jean-Michel Blanquer, has promised that the start of the April 26 school year will be without technical problems.

To achieve this, the cabinet assured that it had done what was necessary to secure the National Center for Distance Education (CNED), which had been the victim of attacks but without further details.

The "My class at home" scheme, which depends on the CNED, will be promoted with the idea of encouraging all those who have not yet registered to open an account.

"It can crash in some places"

On the side of the Ministry of Education, we claim to have seen this problem and to have solved it by oversizing the waiting room.

"My Class at Home" could support approximately 12 million simultaneous connections.

Regarding work environments, these platforms made available by regions or departments and used at school level by teachers and students, the situation seems more worrying.

The local authorities have discussed everywhere with their operators to try to carry out a resumption of the courses without difficulty.
