The prosecutor only managed to cite a few examples among the thousands of messages exchanged between Damon Tojjar and one of the accused former regional officials.

Was about someone else

One of the messages talked about salary levels, among other things.

- Is it a discussion about the salaried employee's salary and nothing else?

asked the prosecutor.

- Absolutely not, Tojjar replied, and continued:

- It appears on page 158 and what I have found when I sat and listened to the prosecutor's factual presentation is that he is good at jumping for years and cutting and pasting in chats, said Damon Tojjar, and then continued to give a long explanation that the discussion applied to a future CEO of a new company.

The judge asked for a clearer answer

Court Judge Ann-Louise Roos later suspended Damon Tojjar for clarification:

- The answer to the question is therefore that it is not about the salaried employee but about a CEO of another company?

asked Roos.

- Yes, said Damon Tojjar.
