Karlsruhe (dpa) - Germany can bring the EU's financing system up to the year 2027 and the 750 billion euro reconstruction fund it contains on the way.
The Federal Constitutional Court rejected an urgent application directed against the execution of the ratification law, as announced on Wednesday in Karlsruhe.
The actual constitutional complaint has not yet been decided.
