Unstruttal (dpa / th) - The owner of a bicycle shop surprised two intruders in his shop in Unstruttal on Wednesday night.

At around 1:20 a.m., he had observed the masked perpetrators using a camera as a side door was broken open and unceremoniously decided to turn them over, the police said.

The man was able to hold a 41-year-old until the police arrived.

A little later, the police were able to arrest his 36-year-old alleged accomplice sitting in a woman's company car at a gas station.

The 56-year-old and the fugitive were also arrested.

A police spokeswoman said whether the woman knew that the two men were involved in a break-in and that the vehicle was possibly being used as an escape vehicle.

Burglary tools were found in both men.
