Hanover (dpa / lni) - The AfD MPs in the state parliament in Hanover have criticized the state government's corona course and warned against agreeing to nationwide corona restrictions.

"This law lacks an opening clause," said AfD MP Stefan Henze on Wednesday with a view to the federal emergency brake.

Party colleague Klaus Wichmann accused the state government of any corona course, sometimes it was said "get into the potatoes", sometimes "get out of the potatoes".

The government does not know which measures are really effective.

In addition, the country has not made any contribution to the investigation of the corona epidemic, its path of spread and the options for combating it.

The AfD MP Harm Rykena called for schools to be opened and rejected compulsory testing and vaccination.

He also accused the state government of wrongly assessing the danger situation.

"At first it was a completely normal virus, but the government turned it into the plague."

With the federal emergency brake and the centralization of the decision on some of the corona restrictions, democracy is in danger, said AfD MP Christopher Emden.
