went to check YuChoice's information live on the official websites for Monaco and Bulgaria. So, while it is true that Monegasque restaurants are still open, bars remain closed. For Bulgaria, "bars and nightclubs remain closed until April 28 inclusive," it says on the website of the French Embassy in Bulgaria. But you can still get there without going through the quarantine box if you can produce a negative PCR test of less than 72 hours.
