Merkel noted that Germany, despite the opinion of other EU countries, has made a decision in favor of Nord Stream 2.

She added that in conversations with Russian leader Vladimir Putin, she openly criticizes some things.

Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin, in an interview with German Chancellor Angela Merkel, explained to her that Moscow is free to move its armed forces around the country at its discretion.
