Halle (AP) - Hallesche FC must continue to fear relegation in the 3rd soccer league.

The protégés of trainer Florian Schnorrenberg didn’t get more than 1: 1 (1: 0) against SC Verl on Tuesday.

Braydon Manu (18th minute) gave the home side the lead.

Julian Stöckner (72nd) headed the final score.

The advantage of the Saalestädter on the relegation zone is still five points for the time being.

The home side started committed and took their first chance to take the lead. Michael Eberwein fought for the ball in midfield and found Boyd, who dropped on Manu. The midfielder hit the lower long corner from 18 meters with the full span. Eberwein (29th) and Stipe Vucur (39th) could even have increased to 2-0 with their heads. Referee Lukas Benen (Nordhorn) denied recognition for a goal from Eberwein (43rd) because of a handball. The guests found no gap in Halle's defensive bulwark and could not create a real scoring chance.

After changing sides, however, the people of Halle came under enormous pressure.

Patrick Choroba (53rd), Julian Stöckner (60th) and Zlatko Janjic (65th) just missed the HFC case.

In the 72nd minute, Stöckner headed the deserved equalizer.

Sven Müller held one point for Halle with a brilliant save against Janjic (87th).
