The carabinieri of Genoa arrested the general surgical doctor of a Brescia hospital and the president and spiritual guide of a holistic center, accused of voluntary murder with possible intent, sexual violence and circumvention of incapable people.
According to the investigations, the doctor had removed a mole from the girl, who attended the center, operating in the farm managed by the 'holy man' without the necessary histological investigations and without carrying out any initiative aimed at stopping the spread of the disease. The girl then died in the hospital where she had been hospitalized for a plurimetastatic, degenerate melanoma.
