The US advises against travel in 80% of countries
The United States announces "a significant increase" in the number of countries it advises against traveling because of high risk for the coronavirus. The State Department's updated travel guidelines, "to better reflect" the guidelines of the health authorities (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, CDC), will extend the highest level of alert this week (level 4, "do not Travel ") to about 80% of the countries of the world.
