The tent was located next to an apartment building and when the fire brigade and police arrived at the scene, the fire was fully developed, but it could be quickly extinguished before it had time to spread to the residential building.
-It is unclear why it has burned, the technicians have to look at it, but there was a risk of it spreading, so we have classified it as arson, says Torsten Hemlin, officer at the command center.
