According to the newspaper, one of the key innovations concerns road traffic management projects (TRA).
In accordance with the bill, authorities at all levels will be obliged to coordinate these documents with departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs - traffic police.
It is clarified that this procedure was excluded from the authority of the department in 2013.
In addition, two cases are envisaged when the PAD does not have to be coordinated: emergency recovery work after an emergency and accident, when traffic is limited for a period of no more than two days, and mass events on the roads, if they last no more than a day.
A new road sign has appeared in Russia since March 1, denoting cameras that record traffic violations.
