The first time was in September 2019. Called for an interview, the heating engineer had tried to kiss the client with whom he was working.
The nearly 90-year-old had refused and the man was gone.
He had finally returned a few days later, claiming to have forgotten some equipment.
This time, he had lowered his pants and taken the victim's hand to rest it on his penis.
The old lady had asked him to leave and had filed a complaint.
Two years suspended
The man has been sentenced to two years in prison and will have an obligation of care.
He is also prohibited from making contact with the victim.
The man saw his name entered in the automated judicial register of perpetrators of sexual and violent offenses.
