The corresponding statement appeared on the agency's website.

The report says that from April 15, all Russians arriving in the country by any type of transport must fill out a questionnaire on the Single Portal of State and Municipal Services (EPGU) in order to ensure sanitary and quarantine control at checkpoints across the state border.

"Within three calendar days from the date of arrival in Russia, undergo a laboratory test for COVID-19 by PCR and post information on the result of laboratory tests for COVID-19 by PCR at EPGU," the Rospotrebnadzor noted.

Earlier, Rospotrebnadzor reported that more than 123 million coronavirus tests were carried out in Russia.

As of April 9, 499,414 people were under medical supervision in Russia as a whole.
