Flights with Turkey

Turkey does not regard Russia's decision to restrict air traffic with the republic as political.

This was stated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the country Mevlut Cavusoglu.

“In Ankara, they do not see political motives in the decision of the Russian authorities to suspend flights with Turkey,” the Anadolu agency quotes the text of the statement.

The Turkish minister also pointed to the ongoing work aimed at lifting restrictions on flights between the countries.

As a reminder, Moscow has decided to limit regular and charter flights with Turkey for the period from April 15 to June 1.

This measure was taken due to the worsening epidemiological situation in the Republic of Turkey.

The press service of the Argentine government announced a study by local scientists of the Russian Sputnik V coronavirus vaccine.

It is noted that an injection with just one component of the drug causes a strong immune response in those who have had a coronavirus infection.

"Analysis of the immune response to the Sputnik V vaccine, which was attended by 288 people, showed that 94% of them showed the presence of antibodies after receiving only one dose," - said in the message.

According to the analysis, the number of antibodies previously ill with COVID-19 and vaccinated with one dose of the vaccine is 4.6 times higher than that of those who did not get coronavirus who received a full course of vaccination.

In addition, Chinese companies Abogen Biosciences and Walvax Biotechnology have partnered with the Chinese People's Liberation Army's Academy of Military Sciences to develop the country's first COVID-19 vaccine based on matrix ribonucleic acid (mRNA) technology.

In the West, Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna were created using this technology.

According to the South China Morning Post, the third phase of clinical trials of a Chinese vaccine dubbed ARCoV will begin in May.

In turn, former US President Donald Trump criticized the decision of the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to postpone the introduction of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine into circulation in Europe.

In his opinion, the Joe Biden administration "badly let down" citizens from all over the world.

“The results of this vaccine are exceptional, but now its reputation will face challenges all the time.

People who have already received this vaccine will be angry.

Perhaps it was all done for the sake of politics, or because of the FDA's love for Pfizer, "- said in a statement by the former head of the White House.
