Racing 92 international hooker Camille Chat will have to observe six to eight weeks of shutdown due to a fibula fracture, the player said on social media on Monday.

Camille Chat had to be replaced from the first minute of play on Sunday when Racing was defeated on the Bordeaux-Bègles lawn in the quarter-final of the European Cup.

"Fibula fracture, 6 to 8 weeks off," the player wrote on his Instagram account.

Camille Chat, 25, has been playing for the Ile-de-France club since 2015.

He also has 33 selections with the XV of France.

he notably took part in three matches of the Six Nations Tournament this year.
