Because the sighting of the Hilal Shaban was not confirmed on the 29th of last Rajab.

And the role of the Ifta in Egypt, Tunisia and Lebanon, as well as the Sunni Endowment Office in Iraq, announced yesterday, Sunday, in separate statements that the crescent could not be seen.
