Obersontheim (dpa / lsw) - Because they are said to have broken into a discount market in Obersontheim (Schwäbisch Hall district), three men have come into custody.

They were taken to various prisons on Saturday on suspicion of serious gang theft and the risk of fleeing, the police and public prosecutor announced on Tuesday.

The police caught the men aged 43, 45 and 59 in the act on Saturday breaking into the discount market and arrested them.

The criminal police had been investigating them for some time.

As a gang, they are said to have broken into a supermarket in Dielheim (Rhein-Neckar district) in February and stolen a five-digit cash sum from the safe.
