“We understand that the imposed restrictions put both people and business in very difficult conditions,” Doguzova quotes TASS.

According to her, in addition to the existing mechanisms, Rostourism has prepared a set of support measures for tour operators in order to minimize the consequences of the restrictions imposed.

“The most important thing is to help tour operators continue to fulfill their obligations to tourists,” the head of the department emphasized.

Doguzova clarified that we are talking about canceling contributions to the reserve fund, as well as reducing and postponing the payment of contributions to the personal funds of tour operators, which operate on the basis of the Association "Tourpomosch".

Earlier, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova said that Russia had decided to limit air traffic with Turkey from April 15 to June 1.

Also for this period, air traffic with Tanzania will be suspended.

Russian tour operators were recommended to suspend the sale of tours to Turkey and Tanzania during the specified period.
