The facts go back to the night of Friday to Saturday April 10, in Nancy, in Meurthe-et-Moselle.

That evening, a homeless person, a 47-year-old Hungarian, broke the doors of the Ibis hotel, near the station, reports L'Est Républicain.

"I just wanted to take a shower and eat a little," he explained during his immediate appearance hearing.

He, who therefore had a coffee, ate a packed lunch before being spotted by a security guard and spitting in his face.

Warned, the police finally arrested the intruder in the establishment's gym, where he was watching television.

The forty-something, already convicted of similar facts in other cities, was sentenced to four months in prison and a fine of 350 euros for his spitting.
