- There was not enough supporting evidence and word for word, says chamber prosecutor Heléne Thomasson to Vetlanda-Posten.

Vetlanda municipality broke the agreement with the company last year after it was discovered that the company did not perform all the care hours they were paid for.

The company also did not receive permission from the Swedish Health and Care Inspectorate, IVO, after it was discovered that the CEO had submitted false educational certificates.

Police report established

At the beginning of the year, a police report was made against the CEO and another person, who according to the report must have beaten and threatened an employee. Now the prosecutor has decided to close the preliminary investigation because there is no evidence of support and that word for word in many parts of the case.
