According to him, the West will not allow Russia "to destroy Ukrainian democracy and sovereignty."

“This is a very clear and simple signal that our friends and partners can convey to Russia.

Ukraine is not a part of the "Russian world" and will never be considered as such, "Interfax Ukraine quotes Kuleba's statement at a joint briefing with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg in Brussels.

The head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry noted that Kiev needs measures that "contain Russia and limit its aggressive intentions."

Kuleba referred to these as new sanctions or direct support for Ukraine's defense capability.

Earlier, Kuleba had a meeting with Polish Foreign Minister Zbigniew Rau, during which the parties discussed the aggravation of the situation in Donbass and the construction of Nord Stream 2.

As noted by the deputy head of the presidential administration of Russia Dmitry Kozak, Western countries refuse to clearly record the parties to the conflict in the Minsk agreements.

The Russian Foreign Ministry called on Ukraine and NATO countries to stop military preparations, escalate tensions in Donbass and refrain from destabilizing actions.
