Würzburg (dpa / lby) - An Aschaffenburg innkeeper can again serve alcohol on the banks of the Main after a ruling by the Würzburg Administrative Court.

The court upheld the innkeeper’s action on Monday because the general decree of the city of Aschaffenburg was too vague and therefore illegal.

The spatial scope must be clearly and unambiguously regulated.

This decision in the immediate procedure has suspensive effect.

The city could lodge a complaint with the administrative court.
