Events: Thirteen arrested for sexually abusing a 16-year-old girl on a bench in the Parque del Oeste
On April 4, the National Police arrested 13 young people, four of them minors,
accused of sexually abusing a 16-year-old girl in Parque del Oeste in the Moncloa neighborhood (Madrid).
They are also charged with stealing the victim's mobile phone and two of them with an offense against the authority by attacking the police officers at the time of arrest.

The 13 detainees and other young people, forming a herd of 20 teenagers, met at 9:00 p.m. in the Parque del Oeste last Saturday, April 3, around several tables.The victim was with several friends dancing on a bench located about 100 meters from the Moncloa interchange.
Just at that moment, 18 people surrounded her and began to touch her all over her body, breasts and buttocks.
She was paralyzed, according to the police report that adds: "She felt very intimidated and began to shrink until she was blocked, noticing how many hands were touching her entire body." Several of the assailants also took the opportunity to take a black bag from her.
Two friends of the victim managed to remove her from the group and call the police and described several of those involved as young people with Afro-style hair, dark complexions and tattoos. A team of the National Police was very close to the place and arrived. immediately to the area.
They interviewed one of the friends of the attacked girl and he told them that the perpetrators were about 50 meters from the place. As the agents went towards them, the group began to run in the direction of the Moncloa interchange, so they asked for help from the radio station.

The two plainclothes officers got out of the car and managed to stop the members of the group as they were about to rush into the interchange with the help of other uniformed policemen. However, several of the suspects began running by. the Paseo de Moret so two agents began to chase them.
One of the policemen managed to arrest one of them, Abdullah LA, 20, despite being kicked and slapped, and the same happened with the arrest of Hassan OS, 18, who at the time of his arrest gave several kicks and blows All the detainees were transferred to the UFAM (Family and Women's Unit) of the Judicial Police Brigade, where the 12 police officers from the GCAC and the GOR from the Moncloa-Aravaca police station who managed to catch them also appeared.
In police stations, the victim identified at least three of the detainees as the people who surrounded her.
As a result of the statements made by the witnesses and friends of the young woman, it was also possible to determine that the group previously surrounded another girl who was also touched all over her body.
This second victim is a 16 to 21 year old woman with white skin and black hair.
Of the 13 detainees, there are three who are considered very dangerous.
The leader of all of them in criminal history is a 20-year-old who was already arrested in Ceuta in 2017 for an alleged crime of intentional homicide and robbery with violence, as well as other arrests for theft, injuries and robbery with intimidation.
Another of them has been
arrested 10 times more for tumultuous quarrel, theft, fraud, robbery with violence and usurpation.
Finally, there is an 18-year-old who has seven arrests and who
being a minor he escaped from a center for unaccompanied minors
where he was mentored.
