　　Shen Xiaoming said that Hainan’s green waters, green mountains, blue seas and blue sky are not only the precious wealth of the people of Hainan, but also the precious wealth of the people of the whole country.

Therefore, to protect the unique ecological environment of Hainan, it is a great nation that must be clear about it.

　　Shen Xiaoming introduced that Hainan takes the construction of a national ecological civilization experimental zone as its starting point, and resolutely realizes that the ecological environment can only get better, not worse.

In this process, there are two important concepts: First, the "three environments" should be grasped together, that is, the ecological environment, the policy environment, and the business environment should be grasped together to make it an important support for the construction of a free trade port.

　　Second, in the process of building and developing the free trade port, any other issues should make way for the ecological environment. That is to say, if some issues in the other development process conflict with ecological environmental protection, then ecological environmental protection should be given priority.
