Rogozin stressed that Roskosmos continues to offer attractive prices for the customer for the launch and development of spacecraft.
"But the illegal US sanctions are forcing foreign customers to either refuse the services of Russia, or look with it for other options for resolving their issues," he said.
According to the head of Roscosmos, during the talks at Baikonur on April 9, he asked the NASA leadership to analyze the situation with sanctions in terms of the consequences for cooperation.
In December, the US Department of Commerce published a list of Russian and Chinese organizations in respect of which the US authorities intend to impose export restrictions.
The list includes the Ministry of Defense of Russia, the Foreign Intelligence Service, Rostec, as well as companies in the space industry.
Rogozin wrote a letter to the US Secretary of Commerce, in which he explained the erroneousness of the sanctions against enterprises in the Russian space industry, and called on them to be canceled and considered a "misunderstanding."
