Munich (dpa / lby) - The people in Bavaria have to be prepared for changeable April weather at the beginning of the new week.
On Monday it should snow or rain often and deeply, as the German Weather Service (DWD) announced.
Only in western Franconia does it usually stay dry.
In the higher mountains, 1 to 5 centimeters of fresh snow is possible, in the Alps between 10 and 30. The maximum temperatures are between 1 and 9 degrees.
During the night it cools down to minus 4 degrees.
On Tuesday, snow can still fall, especially south of the Danube and in the Alps.
Further north it is mostly dry.
At times the sun should show up at 4 to 10 degrees.
The weather remains changeable even towards the middle of the week, so rain or snow showers can occur again and again.
The sky remains overcast, only in western Franconia is there occasional sunshine possible.
The temperatures on Wednesday are between 3 and 9 degrees.
