Philippe Cabrel, winemaker at Domaine de Boiron in Astaffort in the Lot et Garonne, has been spared from frost for the time being.
According to him, the problem is not the current cold but the high temperatures of recent months which have allowed the vegetation to start to flower and therefore be more fragile in the event of frost.
