If you have your main meal in the evening and you lie down with it, then it is clear that you are simply still full in the morning because you haven't really done anything at night while you sleep. And to the extent that if you eat less in the evening, your body will adapt over time and you will really wake up in the morning feeling hungry. And that really works 99 percent for our patient.
