Kiel (dpa / lno) - The CDU in the Kiel state parliament also has reservations about specific regulatory proposals by the federal government to contain the corona pandemic.

In view of the inadequate implementation of federal-state agreements in other countries, the draft to amend the Infection Protection Act is logical, said CDU parliamentary group leader Tobias Koch on Monday.

In the current version, however, it is not readily eligible for approval.

Previously, Minister of Economic Affairs Bernd Buchholz (FDP) and the FDP parliamentary group leader Christopher Vogt had rejected individual points.

Based on the experience in Schleswig-Holstein, it is not clear why the retail trade - without being an infection driver at all - should be completely closed within seven days of 100 new infections per 100,000 inhabitants, said CDU parliamentary group leader Koch.

"At least it would be advisable to keep Click & Collect."

What is meant is the collection of previously ordered goods.

"It would make even more sense to allow an opening for all people with negative test results, even with incidences greater than 100."

Koch is also concerned about the tourist model projects in regions with seven-day incidences below 100. "If guests from regions with an incidence over 100 are not allowed to be accommodated despite a negative test result, then the model projects lose their national significance," he said.

"The ban on accommodation for people from circles with incidences over 100 should therefore also be deleted."

The opening of the outdoor catering was also correct from Monday.

It has been proven that the corona virus is mainly transmitted indoors and not outside.

"Even this restriction by a Federal Infection Protection Act would not be expedient, as people would then increasingly meet at home again."
