The International Astronomical Center announced that, in cooperation with the official authorities, it has investigated the crescent of the blessed month of Ramadan tomorrow, Monday, April 12, from two places, the first is the summit of Jebel Jais in Ras Al Khaimah, at an altitude of 1900 meters above sea level, and the center will also inspect the crescent from the astronomical seal observatory. The center, which is located in the Al Khatim area in the desert of Abu Dhabi, indicating that Tuesday will be the first day of Ramadan, according to astronomical calculations.

In detail, the director of the International Astronomy Center, Engineer Muhammad Shawkat Odeh, explained that astronomical calculations indicate that seeing the crescent from the UAE on Monday is not possible either with the naked eye or by using the telescope, with the possibility of photographing the crescent with difficulty using astronomical imaging technology in the case of clarity of the atmosphere Al-Tamam, pointing out that it is expected that tomorrow, Tuesday, April 13, will be the beginning of the blessed month of Ramadan in most Islamic countries.

He pointed out that countries that require vision with the naked eye only or countries located in the middle and east of the Islamic world that will not be able to see the crescent on Monday even with a telescope, and it is expected that the blessed month of Ramadan will begin on Wednesday April 14th.
