It is located in a relatively isolated location, between Bouaye and Bouguenais, south of Nantes.

The nightclub Le Cuba Libre has just been sanctioned with an administrative closure for a minimum of three months, i.e. until July 9 inclusive, announces the Loire-Atlantique prefecture.

The authorities accuse this night establishment of having rented its room on several occasions for the organization of clandestine parties in recent months.

Recently, on the night of Friday 2 to 3 April, around fifty people had been fined by the police for having participated in an illegal festive gathering because of the curfew.

The gendarmes had already moved to Cuba Libre in March and December.

Nightclubs have been forced to close for a little over a year given the coronavirus epidemic.
