Munich (dpa / lby) - A woman and her four-year-old child lost their way in Munich with an electric cargo bike, drove down an eight-meter-steep embankment and crashed into a tree.
The 40-year-old was seriously injured, the child moderately injured in the head, as the fire department announced on Sunday evening.
The child was sitting in the front of the cargo bike when the collision occurred.
Another cyclist was slightly injured.
All three came to the hospital for treatment.
How the woman was able to get off the bike path at the level of a golf course, and the relationship between the two cyclists, is still being determined.
