Noura Al Matrooshi wears the blue suit of the space program like her colleagues and her head is covered by a black hijab.

Al Mulla, 33, is instead a pilot of the Dubai Police Air Wing Center, with a 15-year career and over 1,500 flight hours behind him, as reported by the United Arab Emirates space center.



"A generation of our young people will follow you," said Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, stressing that the astronauts "will face the same preparation and the same experiences and embark on the same journey".
