Berlin (dpa / bb) - During a demonstration against corona protective measures in Berlin-Spandau, the police arrested a man on Saturday and filed 41 criminal charges - including for falsification of certificates, resistance, insults and damage to property.

In addition, the police made 18 reports of administrative offenses, as a spokeswoman said on Sunday.

Most of them were about not wearing a mouth and nose covering.

The registered demonstration started late Saturday afternoon with around 250 participants and several hours late because many initially refused to wear a mask.

Even during the move towards the Old Town Square, the police had to stop the train again and again because this obligation had been ignored.

One man was arrested and taken away.

According to the spokeswoman, the officers recorded the personal details of 31 other participants.

The demonstration was nevertheless able to be completed.
