The CEC of Kyrgyzstan allowed the possibility of introducing a single voting day

A group of CSTO parliamentarians arrived in Bishkek to observe the course of the referendum on the draft of the new Constitution of Kyrgyzstan.

In March, Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov signed a decree to hold a constitutional referendum on April 11.
