“It will be easier for pharmaceutical market participants to navigate the information contained in the state register of maximum selling prices of manufacturers for medicines included in the list of vital and essential medicines (VED),” the statement on the website of the Cabinet of Ministers said.

It is noted that the new decree sets a clear benchmark in terms of the application of registered and re-registered selling prices.

At the moment, the state register of maximum selling prices may contain data on different maximum selling prices for one drug.

On March 16, Russian Health Minister Mikhail Murashko spoke about the situation with prices for vital medicines.
