Berlin (dpa) - The city of Munich is in question as an EM host this summer.

As the European Football Union announced on Friday, the Bavarian capital, in which all group games of the German national team are to take place, is one of the four organizers who have to submit "additional information" for the games by April 19.

Only then will a decision be made about the implementation of the planned games at the respective locations.

The key point is the admission of viewers who have already promised eight European Championship cities.

Together with Munich, Rome, where the opening game will kick off on June 11, Bilbao and Dublin are questionable.

UEFA listed London, Glasgow, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Budapest, Bucharest, St. Petersburg and Baku with various information on the possible occupancy rates of the stadiums.

The Munich partner host Hungary even wants to enable games in front of a full house in Budapest.

UEFA President Aleksander Ceferin met with Bavarian Prime Minister Markus Söder (CSU) in Munich last Wednesday.

It was a good meeting, Ceferin had said.

"And I am also sure that the Prime Minister is doing his best to ensure that the EM will take place here."
