Now comes the consequences of the already known savings of 150 jobs in the Norrbotten region.

The service catalog comprises 620 positions and the employees must apply for three jobs each.

"Can seek new careers"

The employees' choices must be made by 19 April, after which the new puzzle will begin to be laid, as regional director Anna-Stina Nordmark Nilsson puts it.

- We will as far as possible try to implement our employees' wish lists, but we think this is a great opportunity for them to seek new careers.

The jobs in the directory are not entirely the same as the old jobs.

I would think that we have changed half of the services, she says.

"Obviously very stressful"

Anna-Stina Nordmark Nilsson is aware that the reorganization is causing concern and therefore the region will speed up the staffing process.

- This is obviously very stressful because you have to apply for new jobs in the region, but you have the opportunity to apply for any job you want, she says.
