Heilbronn (dpa / lsw) - In contrast to a protest in Rastatt, a meeting of the “lateral thinkers” in Heilbronn can now take place on Saturday as planned.

The Stuttgart Administrative Court overturned the ban imposed by the city on Friday evening and rejected the city's arguments, as a spokeswoman for the court announced on Friday evening.

The city justified the ban with violations at a "lateral thinker" event in February, she said.

At that time, however, no conditions were made that the demonstrators could violate.

In addition, the behavior of the organizer in a conversation with the city administration is not a sufficient reason for a ban.

The Heilbronn assembly is planned under the motto «We stand in the way of fascism, extremism and agitation.

Let our children breathe ».

It was registered by «Quer Thinking - 713».

The organizers expect 300 participants.

The decision of the Stuttgart Administrative Court is not yet legally binding.

The city could still appeal to the administrative court.

On Friday evening, however, the Karlsruhe Administrative Court decided differently in an urgent application against a protest ban in Rastatt.

A demonstration that has also been registered for Saturday is prohibited there.
