Schwerin (dpa / mv) - A tattoo studio in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania has enforced in court that it may open even with a seven-day incidence of over 150.

The regulation in the Corona state ordinance is too vague with regard to the duration of the restriction, said the Schwerin administrative court on Friday.

From the wording that the measures should generally remain in force until the incidence value of 150 new infections within seven days per 100,000 inhabitants has fallen below for at least ten consecutive days, it is not sufficiently clear how long they aggravated Measures should apply as well as when and under what conditions they are lifted.

In addition, according to the judgment of the court, the state ordinance violates the general principle of equal treatment of the Basic Law.

A privilege of hairdressers, who are allowed to remain open provided protective measures are observed, compared to tattoo studios, which are to be kept closed, cannot be justified with an incidence value of 150 and higher.

According to the court, the decision is not yet final.

The parties involved could appeal.
