President Joe Biden said this when announcing a close on guns.



"Gun violence is an epidemic and an international embarrassment, this epidemic must stop".

Joe Biden said this in his speech today at the House in which he announced the executive measures that he intends to launch as "first steps" for gun control.

"The time has come to say enough" he added, disputing as "a false argument" the one, argued by many Republicans, that these actions "interfere with the second amendment" of the Constitution that protects the right to own weapons.

Today, however, everyone can buy them, without background checks, "including terrorists", President Biden warned.
