On Tuesday evening, the coalition fighters foiled an attempt to launch explosive drones towards the Kingdom from the Al-Hassamah area in Al-Zahir District in Saada Governorate, the stronghold of the Houthis, and destroyed it, causing huge explosions in the area, according to local sources.

In Marib, the Yemeni army forces and the tribes, backed by the joint forces and the coalition, managed to repel large Houthi attacks towards the Kassara and Al-Masjeh areas, and inflicted 80 dead and dozens of wounded, according to field sources, confirming the failure of a new attempt by the Houthis to storm the city of Ma'rib, after mobilizing hundreds of its fighters to the vicinity Province over the past few days.

The sources confirmed the killing of 863 Houthis, including prominent field leaders, during the past few days on the Ma'rib fronts alone, in a process of attrition to the Houthis, which is the largest in Yemen.

For its part, the coalition fighters launched a series of focused raids on reinforcements of the Houthi militia on the Sanaa-Ma'rib road, destroying many combat vehicles, leaving the Houthis dead and wounded, as well as targeting Houthi sites and vehicles in the districts of Jabal Murad, Mughal, Majzar, and Sarwah.

In Taiz, the army and resistance forces thwarted an attempt by the Houthi militia to cut the only road linking Taiz and the governorates of Lahj and Aden in southern Yemen, to tighten the siege of the liberated areas in the city of Taiz, which has been besieged on three sides since 2015 by the Houthis.

Field sources confirmed that the army and resistance forces launched an attack on Houthi positions in two areas near the Rabou'a market and the Sharaf area, south of Haifan, during which they managed to cut off the supply routes against the militias in the Khazja area.

The sources indicated that the forces controlled a distance of two kilometers in the areas between Sharaf and Al-Ahkum area, after launching an attack across two axes, the first from Tur Al-Baha in Lahj governorate, and the second from the west of Al-Turbah, southwest of Taiz, and reached the outskirts of Al-Khazaja.

Field sources, south of Taiz, confirmed the opening of a new front to fight the Houthis in the Ashbot - Al-Atwar regions, northeast of the Maqatara district of Lahj governorate and southern Haifan in Taiz governorate, to tighten the noose on the Houthis on those fronts.

On the western front, the army and resistance forces continued to advance on the fronts of Maqabneh, and began besieging Houthi elements in the Al-Barah area on three sides.
