Berlin (dpa) - The moderator Ingo Nommsen ("Volle Kanne") has, in his own words, had a serious Covid 19 illness.
"Corona took me away - almost," said the 50-year-old on Thursday in a video on Instagram.
He has been back on his feet for a good half a week and is now "virus-free".
The illness was really bad: no appetite, headache and body aches, sweats, chills.
“The full program, it wasn't nice”.
After two weeks the food tasted again, the sense of smell suffered a little.
He advised his fans to keep their distance and said he wanted to get vaccinated.
In December, after 20 years, Nommsen said goodbye to his audience at the ZDF morning magazine “Volle Kanne”.
He can currently be heard on the podcast “Nonstop Nommsen ... makes fun”.
