At a time when all personal contact carries a risk and public life has become impossible, everything has shifted to the Internet.

It is a work, play and market place.

And that worldwide.

People long for interaction, they find it on the Internet.

In Russia, two people recently died during live broadcasts, so-called “trash” streams.

The principle of these streams is simple, the potential for escalation is enormous: A streamer gets drunk in front of the camera, usually together with other people known from the streaming universe, sometimes with his girlfriend or mother.

Viewers have the opportunity to influence what happens through money transfers.

A toe is sucked for the equivalent of 28.50 euros, and someone sits on a bottle for 34 euros.

You don't even have to pay ten euros if you want to see the streamers slap each other or put out a cigarette in your arm.
