It is noted that the Cabinet has expanded the possibilities of obtaining maximum unemployment benefits for a number of categories of citizens.
In particular, the changes will affect those laid off due to the liquidation of the organization or layoffs, as well as women on leave due to the birth of a child.
According to the agency, in accordance with the rules established from the current date, the maximum allowance will be 12,130 rubles, and the minimum - 1,500 rubles.
In this case, the first three months are paid 75% of earnings, but not more than 12,130 rubles, and the second three months - 60% of earnings, but not more than 5,000 rubles.
Earlier, Rosstat named the regions of Russia with the maximum and minimum unemployment rates in 2020.
